Biography
Joe was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1980 and the New York bar in 1989. He has been the Borough of Oakland Planning Board attorney from 1992 to the present and is thoroughly knowledgeable about land use and zoning law. He specializes in Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions; Municipal Law; Commercial Business transactions including SBA Loans; Corporate Formation and Restructure; Commercial Litigation and Estate/Probate Litigation. Joe has also lectured on land use and estate law. He is a member of the Bergen County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations, and the ELA.
