We focus on the reasons for your denial. If the insurance company disputes that your procedure or care was “medically necessary,” we get verification and documentation from your doctor who prescribed the procedure, and do independent medical research to prove your entitlement to coverage. Other claims are denied as not “reasonable and customary” – we evaluate medical reports to demonstrate why the provider’s fees should be covered under your policy.
